He didn't actually fight Shaw. It was all in his head, which was stated in the comic. The last time they fought before that was years ago.

I know, just like everything that happened with Wolverine and Beast but you wouldn't consider that a legit showing of what would happen between Colossus and Shaw?

It wasn't an actual fight, so isn't a legit showing. The X-Men were all supposed to lose, after all.

Dude. Why don't you just READ the freakin' comic? It can't be hard to find Whedon's Astonishing X-Men online or at the store... Marvel even made a motion comic.
Difference is, Wolverine and Beast got mindraped, but their "fight" was very real.

Not the same thing, though. Shaw was a hallucination. Beast and Logan were very real, iirc.
You can think it's a good representation; nobody's stopping you. It's just not usable as evidence.
