No offense Fire, but those theologians you are speaking of sound more like "Gnostics" to me. In their beliefs JC is too pure for the flesh so they don't believe that he came to the world as human, but rather as a spirit. So they always trying to make a case for the proof that JC never existed as human being.

I only heard about the fil a few days ago, and it isn't out in the UK yet.

I really want to see it, but the reviews have been kind of half half. Some hate some like.

I don't know - I am a Christian and I am not sure. I think I am going to see it when it comes out.

i saw the passion about 2 hours ago. it's definitely a movie were you don't ask somebody "did you like it?" because it's very depressing. but the way mel portrayed Jesus and the emotion is amazing if you ever get a chance to see it, do it, it will make you think.

there is no reason to go bash someone for their believes, I have friends of a lot of different religions, they know my believes are my own and as they respect mine I respect theirs.

I like Mel Gibson, i like his contribution to directing(or producing im not sure 😑 ) Braveheart, and i have faith that he will not dissapoint with this film...i dont know though.
