Jim was a bit over-dramatic in parts, but like I said it followed the movie.

did you know that he was struck by lightnign twice, up on the cross, and he was accidentally whipped, by the cat of nine tails, and he also caught pnemonia while up on the cross, seems that the devil dwanted him to quit...

I knew that. He was whipped more then once. But the lightning hit the cross, not him.

Dont know. I think they accidentally dropped it on his shoulder. Doesnt really have to be too heavy to cause damages.

actually, I once saw in a doc that they rebuild it to get the weigt of the cross and to prove that what is written in the bible is true he would have got his arms ripped off from hanging on the cross

There was a really good BBC docu on this is that the one your reffering to Yers.

I was reading this thread and cant seem to understand why Kes is so concerned with people talking about religion in this thread. The movie is meant for religious reasons not for so much for entertainment.

Would love to hear your thoughts on that Kes.
