So then go get a USB mouse and use it! I always use a mouse when I'm using my laptop, I can't imagine NOT using a mouse.

I just tend to get annoyed by not having a number pad off to the side...even though I don't often use it. I just like it being there.

I dislike certain laptop keyboards. The one on my old Thinkpad T41 though was quite on par with my the keyboard of my tower.

I did! And I am using it now.

I also liked the integrated Mouse on my T41.

Damn I miss it cry

I wish my Superlaptop could be real, that would be so ****ing awesome...😛

What happened to it, Bardock? You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to. 😱

And I wish STUD and HIT Marks were real and at my disposal, Lana.

You'd probably just kill sound again.

Probably.

Sounds promising though.

Get a new laptop...it's soo wrong.

On a more RP note, if you don't have a certain skill, for example Fix-It can you still fix something, just not as well or is that absolutely out of the question then?

I think you do it with a penalty.

Meanwhile, I am leaving for college tonight in about... two hours. So, I will not be posting much.

Yes, you make the roll on your stat but need 6s for successes. Note that Wanderers and Heretics can make Intelligence rolls for any skill they don't have at no penalty.

But Presence force power gives you some ability in any social skill? Gallador actually has this, Charisma and Leadership power, but not the actual skill. Is this a problem?

I think the skill leadership and the force power leadership do different things, you don't need the one for the other. And I assume the force powers that increase your chances for a skill work as well, whether you have the particular skill or not.

I have finally established that I have internet here at my college. It is a horribly bitchy proccess and I still do not have internet wired up to my desktop PC, but my new laptop seems to run the wireless just fine. It took five hours to install the damn stuff it needed. Grr.

Meanwhile, congrats to the new players for completing the New Blood mini-sode.

Also, to Retrospection players, I will need to get back on top of that. Classes start Tuesday and so I may not have quite the time commitment that I had previously. I will also be experiencing dorm life and all that jazz. But by no means will I leave the current Retro games unfinished.

Once I finish my chores, I'll be back to read what's already been posted in the campaign I'm in then make my post.

Hey Ush, I had a question. Is there an actual benefit to having an R2 aboard your ship, rules wise?
