"That's a good joke," said Arwen howling in laughter.

Tela watched. "It was?" she asked seriously. A man made a comment to another that displeased Tela. "If you have to speak of me why not do it to my face." she stated.

Elrond could see where this was going.

"No words of hatred in this room," said Elrond as the room quieted as Arwen felt this was going to somewhere.

The man looked embarrassed. He glared at Tela. Tela smirked and returned it. The tension between the two was thick.

Theomer did not lay a hand on his sword hilt, but was ready to if it came to that...

Dagaron stood from his chair. "Listen," he said, talking to the men. "if you have a problem with one of these elves, you leave now, because I will not sit here, only to hear you grieve about it, when you have the ability to leave. No one is forcing you to stay here." He took a step forward and glared directing into the mans eyes. "And trust me sir, when I am tired of seeing something, I will change it, one way or another." With that he sat down.

Arwen smiled at him gratefully and sipped her drink.

Tela sighed. "I think it best I leave. My prescence only bring turmoil." she said standing. "Enjoy the meeting." with that she started towards the woods.

Theomer watched her leave, not sure if he should follow and try to bring her back to the meeting.

Arwen stopped sipping and looked on unsure of what to do.

Dagaron called after her. "Tela, don't leave. It's not you that needs to change." He turned to Elrond. "I will not be apart of this if the people here are not all excepted."

"Master Dagaron, there is no discrimination in the house of Elrond," Elrond answers.

Tela stooped when she heard Daragon. She turned. and walked over to him. "I am sorry." she said sitting down.

"Then with all do respect sir, will you please make sure that theses men hold there tongues about my elf friend here. If they have anything to say, they can say it else where."

Tela shook her head. "I don't know why I let their petty attempts to judge me get to me. I know I am truly better than that."

Dagaron looked down at her. "It should bug you. If you just brush it off and accept the down sizing, you will only start believe it." He laided a hand on her shoulder. "Be proud of who and what you are, and don't ever regret it."

Tela smiled. "It doesn't bother me. My training simply means that if I need to I could Eliminate any of them."

Dagaron chuckled. It was true. If he knew as much as he thought about her race, and her from the way she carried herself, she could have easily killed them. He quietly sat and waited to see who exaclty would join the fight.

"No one should be that important enough to bug you," said Arwen.

Elrond gave Tela a short warning glance. He didn't like people whispering about her, but on the other hand, he didn't want anybody dead...
