Something that should be mentioned Superman was facing red solar powered enemy who feeds off anger.

Superman has to defeat him while going easy on him.

Basically he wasnt really even trying and still smashed his punk @ss.

I was under the impression that Eclipso possessed Superman, after leaving the suit.

The fact is, Eclipso put Superman down using red solar blasts, and he's nowhere near the Silver Surfer in power. The Silver Surfer could attune a planet destroying blast to the frequency of red sunlight, and kill Superman, if he wanted to. I doubt Superman could withstand a normal planet destroying blast, much less one with the frequency of red sunlight.

Superman does destroy Lex's suit. However, Eclipso does possess Superman at the end of the story.

Lex Luthoer designed that suit for the same reasons you just mentioned and clearly failed to take Superman out.

The bottom line is Surfer isnt going to win by red sunlight or power absorption.

Kryptonite wavelengths are a long shot cause I dont think that his power cosmic will permitt him to do so the same way the speed force dont allow wally superspeed in the MU.

The more I debate this the more I wonder if Surfer can win.

A red sunlight blast from a robot compared to a red sunlight power cosmic blast from the Silver Surfer? 😆

A red sunlight blast capable of destroying a planet would kill Superman. A normal blast of that magnetude would kill Superman. Saying that this is untrue is simply denying facts.

Surfer can do a myriad of things to defeat Superman. He could turn him into stone, if need be.

You definitely are. Superman's biomatrix can be manipulated as well. Surfer manipulates matter at a subatomic level.

Not just paralax, Cyborg, and GL.

He was blasted by Cyborg at close range too.
Couldnt absorb Gl's power when he was weak.
Darkseid's Omega Beams were melting him and knocked him out for the count. Galactus had to save him.

Crossovers..so now you know more than DC/Marvel? These weren't voted decisions buddy.
