are you kidding me? he may be written to not have any powers but something is definitely a little mutant about the guy....... how on earth can any one man in his early thirties have MASTERED 127 martial arts?...... it normally takes the better part of a life time to be good enough to be considered a master at 1
and how many sciences has the guy got under his belt? where did he get the time to study them all with all his karate classes?
and what about the vehicles and cave? he must have had help building all that stuff and getting the giant coin into there
and "world's greatest detective"....... he must have had subliminal tapes to learn those techniques as he obviously spent all his waking hours learning to fight and studying science...... not to mention to be a pilot
he does all this and still finds time to train sidekicks and go out looking for a fight every night.......... all the time keeping a multi billion dollar business running
there's a lot more stuff he seems to have picked up as well, along with all his relationships and social gatherings, business meetings, Justice league business, etc etc etc.............

Aside from the "super stretchy bounce scenario", consider this: A mono-filament of Spidey's web or a sudden expansion of Spidey's shield would, thanks to Flash's own velocity, beat the crap out of poor Flash. Frankly, given that Spiderman has a powerful sixth sense that gives him some forewarning and decent manuevering of the type Flash doesn't have thanks to adhesion and slinging, I think Spiderman has at least a chance to pull this one out of the bag.
Also, while DC generally is more munchkin-esque than Marvel, Marvel has their superheroes have deep hidden potential. Spidey has reserves of strength that are simply colossal.

People don't seem to realise the sheer unadulterated SPEED of Flash.
Driving my car down a country road at 100mph+ demands concentration, cos everything seems to be blurred and moving so fast...
Flash travels at nearly 7 MILLION times that speed! Over any distance, in any enviroment!
He is invisible when he moves, he can outpace ANY thought, ANY projectile...
To him, everything in the world is moving in slow motion. If you fired a bullet at him, he could read a book before it reached him. I'm not joking - this is how fast he is!
Spidey is an amazing hero - he's one of the best. But he's not Invulnerable. To withstand Flash's speed, you need Superman level durability.
Spidey doesn't have what it takes.
Who brought this back up?? Flash IS speed. If you fired a round of bullets at people in al different directions, Flash could read a book, bake some bread, eat the bread, save the world once or twice, all bfore stopping the bullets. I'm not kidding!! Hesn't even need to se SM to win!! He could just run past him really quick, and the flow of air behind him would crush SM!!

i think pretty much everyone realises his speed......... it's only one or two die hard fans that give Spidey a chance here
His Spider sense would normally work like this

In anything that even comes close to fair scenario for this battle, Flash beats Spiderman badly. Even when Spidey is given a huge advantage of some kind, Flash would still be able to take him. Your post made little to no sense, but from what I ascertained, you think Spidey sense is faster than light speed. Good luck with that.

actually it is........ Spider-Man's spider sense warns him of danger before it happens..... like with guns..... he gets a warning before the trigger is pulled...... of course it wont help him here....... see my previous post for a description of why
