I have the issue. The JLA fought the CSA. He said that he hopes his girlfriend likes the "rugged" look.

Flash cruises at around 90-150mph, but when fighting, he runs at about 12 m/s. He can go WAY faster than that though. Too fast for Spidey.

can you get arrested for stealing someones speed? i know technically it's a crime to possess speed...... but stealing isn't very lawful either

The healing part is true, though I don't think he heals faster than Wolverine. Flash's super-metabolism heals him extremely fast, and causes him to eat a LOT. Hey, maybe Spiderman can win. If he can last long enough, Flash may starve.

What's this "stealing speed" thing? I thought he could only do that to other speedsters?

No, he can steal their kinetic energy completely stopping them. He did it several times to Superman.

Spiderman uses Speed?

Everyone has kinetic energy. Spider-Man uses kinetic energy to move. Thus the Flash can steal it. He froze a group of bank robbers by stealing their "speed".

Why doesn't he just do that to the Johnny Quick? That guy kicks his ass.
