actually it is........ Spider-Man spider sense warns him of danger before it happens..... like with guns..... he gets a warning before the trigger is pulled...... of course it wont help him here....... see my previous post for a description of why

Allow me to correct myself: Spidey sense does not mean Spiderman can dodge an attack at near lightspeed.

They're pretty downplayed on the cartoon. I think the closest you'll see Flash to his comic speed is in... Wildcards I think when he ran that bomb out of town and to a safe distance while it was exploding and made got himself a safe distance away before it finished.

And the episode where Flash had to run this wormhole dealie past some high speed to activate it and he outran the construct GL was creating for him to run on.

Now, it doesn't say how fast the construct was but in another episode, Sinestro says his ring's constructs/beams move at lightspeeds and their rings are pretty equal.

admit it............ your post is partially flawed!

😎

Never!!! Mwahaha!!! I am PURE EVIL!!! Only the Flash can stop me now!! lol. *Flash waves his hand* Instant heat!! I'm always right!! You fool!! lol

*and for the record, Spideysense would only start to realise that it is being attacked when Flash is in mid swing

spider sense is pre cognitive...... it knows before he swings

But not before he reacts. Spider-Man's spider sense wouldn't be able to detect a lightspeed attack. While Spidey's brain barely deciphers the precognitism Flash has already hit him a million times over. If Spider-Man can "dodge" a lightspeed attack, he should never get hit.

That's not saying a lot when Flash is concerned.

Ugh, let's all just stop arguing about spidey-sense. Everyone (should) understand that it won't make a difference in this particular battle.

actually he can dodge a lightspeed attack...... just not from a person who moves at lightspeed........ i'm talking about when people fire lasers at him or when electro blasts at him, technically they are lightspeed attacks...... they just don't change direction mid fire

and as i said before

His Spider sense would normally work like this

"My spider sense is tingling" and he'd jump out the way

This time it would be

"My s"........*smakadesmakadesmakadesmakadesmak*........

And he'd be unconsious or dead

Which doesn't explain why he gets hit at all. If he can dodge a lightspeed attack. Spider-Man should be completely unattackable. And yet he gets beaten all the time.

Well you see, it's a human using the laser. Spidey would dodge in mid trigger pull, before the shooter can react and his shot would miss.

yeah...... he moves before they can re-aim........ that plus once he's in motion it's a lot harder to change direction again so he gets hit sometimes....... depends on the speed and skill of the attacker

Look, you Flash supporters have given pretty basic "Flash punches him out" scenarios. Problem is that Spidey has superhuman strength that can humiliate the Flash, so if he does get a hit... You're all forgetting that super speed works both ways: if someone moves INTO something at high speeds, that works against them. We have scenarios for mono-filaments slashing Flashie's torso or head, a web throwing the Flash at incredible velocities into a wall, Spidey trapping the Flash in a web (can't fly, remember), Spidey's superior mobility thanks to slinging... The Flash has gotten pummeled by people worse than Spidey.

He's protected by the Speed Force. That's why when he punches things he doesn't explode his fist and he doesn't get destroyed when he hits things at high speeds. He can vibrate though the webbing. He can even run up the webbing.

Exactly. A fist hitting you at lightspeed would knock Spidey the **k out.

actually it would kill him if a bullet hit spiderman it would seriously injure him but imagine a fist(which is at least five times as big as a bullet)hitting him at speeds that are hundreds of thousands of times faster than a bullet. He would a giant hole in his chest.

Spiderman's not winning.

However, Flash cannot go at lightspeed instantly. He requires quite a length of space and considerable time (quite a few seconds) to accelerate to light speed. And when he actually reaches lightspeed, he is drawn into the Speed Force dimension. Then he time-travels.

The speed force aura provides some protection, but it does not completely protect him. Flash once ran into a mountan and broke his nose.

His nose? I bet that wrecked that pretty boy's money maker.

Flash also possess an uncanny healing factor. He can heal even faster than Logan (but not from fatal wounds)

To make this battle really quick, the Flash would just steal his speed.
