Wolverine VS Cyclops

actauly wolverine been hit with magnatize bullets over a 100 of them in him and he was still standing and his wounds were not healing either because they were being left open because they were stuck to his skeleton. he was still fighting and was fine captain america could not believe it. adamtium bullets make no diffrence they can't get throu wolverine skeleton they just same effect as normal bullets a little stronger yes but realy dont matter. also wolverine in normal unverse was shot with adamantium bullets by angent zero and he was fine they did not even faze him.. nice try thou. also captaint america shot him in the head with normal bullets in ult. unverse also and nocked him out. also he was was amchine gunned down with normal bullets by weapon x program in ult by normal bullets and was nocked out. all that would not even bother normal unverse wolverine he taken far worse

You obviously didn't read the issue. Cap shot him. Threw a grenade at him. Wolvie's stunned. A couple dozen of soldiers take their machine guns and start blitzing him.

In a scenario where Wolverine is more than 20ft away before they start fighting, Cyclops wins. In THIS scenario, Wolverine wins 10/10

He's right next to Cyclops, he's faster than Cyclops and he can dodge the initial attack from Cyclops.

Ol' one eye is 100% decapitated in THIS scenario.
