I'm not a muttie biologist but I'm assuming Logan doesn't brake the laws of physics.... His energy doesn't come from no where, He needs to eat like other people, to get energy.... he would starve...

it takes a lot longer for him to starve then other people. but also when when he was trapped under all those rocks befor he just would eat part of his arm and it would heal back instantly. he did that when ever he was hungry.

It was stated somewhere that is healing factor is fueled by protein.

? I neevr heard that he never needed protien to heal befor.

Well seeing as a "healing factor" would need some sort of energy to work essentially whenever Wolverine heals he should be cannibalizing another part of his body to create the new tissue........just like how Havok and Cyclops and SS and all have to absorb energy from something to rechannel it and redirect it but its a comic biology and physics don't apply🙂
