Look at the scan I posted a little up on the page. Do you really think Wolverine can dodge that? All Cyke has to do is take off his visor and Wolverine isn't getting anywhere close
you have to figure that WHile Wolverine is coming at Scott, Scott will get off a bunch of shots, because he fires them at the speed of thought. They don't have anything to do with "eyes". They are portals to another dimension.
So, Scott can pop of a bunch, and if he is serious, all it takes is for one to hit.
That means he gets a bunch of chances to nail Wolvy.
Meanwhile, Wolvy has to get pretty darn lucky, dodging and weaving, and hope that nothing hits him, and he gets to tag Scott.
It looks like the odds are in Scotts favor.
And the Marvel listing that said he can pulverize Adamantium said nothing about it being from another dimension, or it being weaker or anything.

Cyclops can take out a forrest with a single blast.

Ok, so your arguement as to how Wolverine can possibly dodge an attack that can cause damage to massive area in a fraction of a second is that Wolverine is an animal? 🤨
And how could I forget the healing factor and, of course, "da calws". A multi-ton armored senteniel gets turned to scrap but Wolverine would be fine. 🙄

Surroundings won't be much of a help considering Cyclops can knock it all down within seconds to give him a clear shot

It's not the number of powers an individual has but the nature of their powers that more often than not determins the outcomes of fights. Simply having a single ability like telekensis, telepathy, or teleportation, depending on the oppenent, are often enough to win a fight evan against someone who may have more varity in their own power set.
