Wolverine has never given Juggernaut hard time. While Cyclops, has actually outsmarted Juggernaut.

it all depends. if cyke fights like he normally does, wolverine would kick his ass. But if he fights like he does on rare occassion, when he releases the full potential of his optic blast, wolverine will be down for the count with ease... he has no way of dodging a blast that huge, and it would take a LONG time for him to recover from that sorta power...

It doesn't even take a full out visor-off blast on Cyke's part. In the Deadly Genesis mini Vulcan redirected a blast from Cyke's visor to hit Wolverine and it really messed him up.
Wolverine and cyclops have fought before, in a altenate time line where Apocalypse rules most of north America, Cyclops is one of Mr. Sinisters henchmen. Cyclops roams the breeding pits where terrible experiments are done on his fellow mutants, Jean Grey is captured but Cyclops falls in love with her, Wolverine of Magneto's xmen wants to rescue her but Magneto decides it is to dangerous. Wolvering leaves Magneto's xmen because of so, and goes to rescue her himself, he encounters Cyclops and they fight for her love, Cyclops takes one of Wolverines hands, and wolverine takes one of Cyclops eyes. Although Jean was rescued by Wolverine she never fully loves him because of her love she developed for Cyclops well kept captive, he was the only one to ever show her kindness to her.

And I seen multiple scans of Cyces either Blasting Wolverine out a window or blasting his head into the pavement or blasting him unconscious with a well placed optic blast to the the back.
He's also taken on the entire team of x-men on his own.

If you can think of a realistic strategy that Wolverine could use to win, please share it. But simply saying that you think Wolverine would "have something up his sleeve" that would allow him to win isn't very convincing. ❌
Nobody has put forth a real plan for Wolverine except the insistance Wolverine would be fast enough to dodge Cyke's optic blast and get in close. This ignores the basic fact that Cyke's blast can easily cover a far larger area than Wolverine could possibly avoid.

That is comparing apples to oranges. Besides the fact that it could be argued that Wolverine beating the Hulk is PIS. You have to use logic and present a convincing case as to why Wolverine would win this fight.
