Just hear me out for a second. I'm a big linkin park fan myself. i don't care if someone doesn't like their music, everyone got their opinions right?
however, i just think it is not okay to post statements like "they don't even know what they're singing about" and stuff like that because THAT is just not true.
and this one goes out to some of you: stop being so damn close-minded, that won't get you anywhere. I'm pretty sure some of you didn't even bother to take some time to sit down, and actually listen to their songs (other than their singles), think about their lyrics and read their band-history. and if you don't care about all that, fine, let it be. but stop writing such untrue statements. thanks for reading
and you LPU guys (i'm one of them myself) stop flooding the boards for god's sake. you guys get mad if someone is close-minded towords linkin park, but right now, you are just acting the same way. think about it

and what does final fantasy have to do with ANYTHING!?!?.....*sigh* no i dont know nor do i really care...its alright...but i was never a fan of final fantasy 7 because they had no real character depth...

so i would please appreciate it if u stop making comments such as the lyrics have no meaning, there are no LP fans, stuff like that. i respect the fact that you (generally) may think Metallica is the best band in the world, or Korn, etc, but dont insult what they sing about please. i ask you to actually go out and get Meteora or Hybrid Theory and listen. or look at the lyrics on a web page. you will discover that they can be quite touching, or soothing, but hard at the same time. just try it if you have spare time. trust me.

i dont know who you are directing this to but ill just say this...i used to be a fan myself but then i learned (from this board)that they are whiny and dogmatic...all i have to say is that should you ever stop being a fan there are great substitutes like Hoobastank and Fuel...
