i disagree...sum 41 is an example of what i mean by music is going downhill. if either of them has better talent its sadly linkin park.

Linkin Park does sound a little bit repetitive, but the music is okay for me.
Sum 41... no, the lead singer annoys the hell outta me.
But I do like Good Charlotte. And Korn and Metallica and I used to like Creed, but I guess Alter Bridge is just as good (if not better).

I like them, to be perfectly honest there are very few rock/metal etc bands i dislike, most (not all) of the people i speak to who don't like them are 'elitests' who i really can't stand.

in response for sum 41, their old stuff was good when they were like every other punk band, but now their new "metal" sound as everyone likes to call is shit. people are like ya their the heaviest stuff i listen to, even though there not heavy at all. their like ya i cant stand to listen to their cd all the way through, its too heavy and intense, i fall asleep to norma jean and devildriver, so dont say sum 41 is heavy. im sick of it.

Ok back to the linkin park subject.... ummmmm i'll admit i don't listen to them any more... but for the time i did they were a pretty good band as far as i knew.... i really don't have much to say considering i'm really out numbered in this one.....this is it for me...byes much love....
