Yeah, I remember reading that. I think it was VENOMfan who originally posted this--but did you check the date? It was 2 years old, and the screenplay-which is as of now unrevised, was written by a guy who didn't even like Venom as a character. I seem to remember him saying--and I'm paraphrasing, of course--that he was semi-pressured into writing it because the studio asked him to, and that he hesitantly accepted, but that he wouldn't write another script unless he actually wanted to, which suits me just fine.
I don't want to see my boy Eddie Brock's character sullied and done the injustice of being displayed on screen by someone who doesn't love the guy--you know?

carnage simbio is assimilated by his offspring and thats make kassady in coma state(again), venom realising his new kid is way superior traps it on its won simbiote and suicide with it, laving eddie and the venom to die, a heroic act for those who like him(bleh) spiderman dont aacept it but it was venom and eddie choise. in the ending spiderman is talking about it with black cat, about how he got free of his worst nightmare in the worst way, and bc says its not his fault,and that in theend venom redimed from his sins.(cool but carnage shoudlnt die)

I can't stand it, he looks all stupid, before it was more realistic
cause the symbiote was just covering his original body shape besides the mouth. It's like now he is the size of a pickup and before he was just a man. I guess I just don't follow.

I followed up on spiderman comics cause of the art and when I saw this change I felt they had changed something that didn't need working

I'm not worried-just concerned about people's resistance to change. Skottie does have a good following--and he deserves it. His "Legend of Spider-Clan" was cool--and a much darker story than we're used to. A total digression from what we know about Spidey in the Marvel universe, but a good read nonetheless.
