USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II, EPISODE I (DARK SIDE)- New Order

Started by Captain REX125 pages

(Alright, but how about the Osokan Captain?)

Galder glances to Vash with a nod, then strikes against a whip-using Osokan using Strike.

Then you also get there at frame 9, Vash.

The Captain is named, Galder- CofC is no good at all. But against the standard one, you don't need Strike, as you still get the two frame attack.

Galder, you attack- the Osokan takes an active dodge. You roll +1 for a 16, which is a hit.

You hit by 3 points, and you do eight extra damage from C of C and sabre Mook Killing Power. Lightsabre damage is 20, making 31, minus his Strength, which is ten. That is 21 damage in all. You actually burned across his front, Galder- but the bastard didn't drop!

Leaves you on frame 7, Galder, and you must wait a bit.

The Osokans are moving in. The North, West and East sides move in one frames worth, before we get to frame 7 which is when Rand and Takuan act (so you two can act now).

The South side, which has been charged down, is splitting to fight their opponents evenly. Four Hunters will take on Vash, whilst three and the Captain will take on Galder. Vash still has his strike in hand first, but if you want to take any defensive actions, please say.

Vash uses Strike on the nearest undamaged Osokan. Defensive actions... Well, what can you use against these neurowhip things?

Also, I have a question: what would happen if I used Multiple Attacks on these guys?

Do you mean trying to attack more than one at once, or trying a multi-attack from the Trick on the same one?

As in from you rlist of defensive actions, Vash-if not an active dodge, then a force poweer, nor nothing, whatevber suits you.

Your target dodges as well. Gah- you roll -4.

As you strike, the Osokan, actively strikes your sabre with his whip. The energy lash tails around the sabre- causing an almighty crackling- and traps the blade. You quickly yank it free, as the whips lack friction.

Neurowhips are energy weapons- they block lightsabres...

(No shit...)

(I'm a bit confused. I used Strike, which is 2 frames, but I also used CoC on a super-mook, but you said I used 2 frames, whereas it would be one...right?)

Galder growls with fury and strikes at the one he failed to kill.

No, I said before, you cannot reduce it to one. Two is the minimum before snapping so don't bother with the Strike.

I am after Defensive actions from you, if any, Galder, not an attack. As I describe, you have four opponents attacking you.

(Oh, right...)

Active dodge.

Well, you need to tell me who against. I shall assume the Captain.

The Captain rolls evens, for a 13. You slip to one side and his whip cracks past you.

The other three move in against you...

One of them rolls +6 for a 17. A hit! The tip just catches your left arm, Galder. GAH! A shock is sent through your body. Damn it, that thing HURTS!

The Neurowhip has a base damage of 14. As it is an energy weapoin like a Lightsabre, strength does not increase that. It hit by two, taking the damage to 16, and then your Strength of 8 is deducted from that, Galder, for eight damage in all.

You may note the bracket by Galder's damage track. This is because I am keeping track of how much damage has been done by Neurowhips.

Remember, the North, West and East groups are now only two frames distant.

Waiting now for actions from Rianna, Rah, Takuan, Rand and defences from Vash

I mean how much harder is it to hit two of these guys at once than just regular mooks...

No difference, still a penalty to hit equal to the amount you are trying to hit.

bash on the northern osokan captain.

Takuan, you roll evens, for a dead on hit. You Bash into him rather solidly...

... but you do no damage. He has a Strength of 10. Damn, these guys are tough bastards!

ok..moving northwards as a next move. and i'd apprechaite someone following me 🙂

Actually, they'll reach you first, Takuan, as they are charging in.

oh..ok..then...normal saber slash at one of the northern osokans.

So noted.

(Can I perform Cleave?)

Err, a. you haven't killed anyone and b. no.

As we have no defences from Vash, I'll probably just press ahead soon.

Damn...

A normal slash then, unsnapped.

Nume prepares to defend with Force Dodge.

Nume uses Stare Down on the Captain coming from the West.
