I just wanted to ask... Well, not so long ago, there were news of auditions for Parvati and Padma Patil for the GoF movie... But as I've watched POA 3 times already, I'm VERY SURE that there were Parvati and Padma in the 3rd film!!! (Parvati in the boggart scene, Padma and Parvati in the Hogsmead scene with Mcgonnagal)! They're REALLY, VERY cute!!!! They look alike (I think they're real sisters/twins)
So are they going to have the same actresses for Parvati and Padma in the GoF from POA? Or are there new twins on the set?
Sitara Shah plays Parvati... and I'm assuming the Padma I saw in the "Leaving for Hogsmeade" scene with Mcgonnagal is Sharon Sandhu... (I REALLY HOPE IT'LL BE THE SAME FOR THE GoF MOVIE)
And also, didn't they say that you can't audition if you're from the US? How come the girl who plays Lavender Brown is from the US??? Look at her IMDB!!! And Lavender Brown is supposed to be a blonde (as I remember it was mentioned in the book) And I didn't see any blonde with Parvati in the POA movie. (they're supposed to be bestfriends)
as i was looking through harry potter 3 icons at this live journal site, i noticed things that i didn't notice the first and only time that i've seen the movie. like, for example, when the golden trio are on the hogwart's express and sharing a compartment with remus lupin, when he stands up to perform a weak partronus spell upon the dementor that's attacking harry, i noticed that he had visible scratch marks on his face. that explains alot of why he hide his face and amongst other reasons. i found it funny that he kept giving harry chocolate after he woke up from fainting after an encounter with a dementor. plus, the last scene where everyone is gathered in the courtyard at school, watching Harry testing out his new firebolt from Sirius, Ginny is in the crowd. I didn't remember her being in the movie the whole time. I guess I just forgot. She didn't have any speaking parts as far as I know of, so that's probably why I don't remember her being there.

Anyways, don't you guys think that Parvati and Padma in POA are VERY CUTE?! I hope it'll be them who'll play the twins in the GoF.

If you've watched POA, remember the part when Harry tried to ask Mcgonnagal to sign his Hogsmead permission in the school's front/backyard??? Before that, the students were lining up and turning in their papers to Mcgonnagal... The first two persons who were in line was Parvati and Padma ... they were standing together. They were wearing similar clothes and, both look very much alike; same height, face, and everything else.

he wasnt harsh sounding 2 me. i thought richard harris was a little 2 serious as DD.
POA was ok. the best part was the Time turner part, when Hermione punched malfoy, and the spider dream. They didn't put in a lot of important parts. like Moony, Wormtail, Patfoot and Prongs. and how Lupin was related to the Marauder's map. and Snape giving the potion to Lupin. and the Firebolt came late. The new Dumbledore was bad. RH was better at DD i think. he was calm. One important thing that they missed was the quidditch game between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw when the Slytherin dressed as dementors and the inrtoduction of Cho Chang.
they left out ALOT frm the books...left me a li'l disappointed,the ending was too abrupt (plus that's not when the firebolt comes in!!) prof. trenawley's prediction is a li'l screwed up and comes in at the wrong time.....and loads more....
but as a movies on it's own,i think it's amazing!most of my fears for this movie where never realised - i was so afraid for them wearing home clothes (thought it'd break the mood) but it actualy added on! and it realy has magical touch this time which was missing frm the previous 2,i can't really be specific cuz even i don't know how to put it in words 😂
only didn't like the new dumbledore - doesn't carry off as well *cries* he seems to be more...i dunno.can't find the words.but i think you guys get what i mean 😊
even draco's hair didn't lok as horrible as i thought it wld be 😂😆
one thing that rather surpised me was how some of the more important characters barely had any lines...as you guys already mentioned, take Ginny for example, she had that one line, and that was it! You barely saw Percy, or Mcgonnagal (theres prolly others, but my brain is having a hard time thinking of any right now 🙂)
