I´ve read this quote before, but from Eliza Dushku, seems its a fake. Besides, Cameron has said recently that his next films will be Battle Angel, Avatar and a 3rd one about some divers. these will take him at least 3 years to complete.

Seems like just speculation to me. On one hand I am very excited. The Terminator is Arnold's signature role and it's hard to picture a Terminator movie without him. On the other hand it is getting a bit old and he will probably never match his performance in the first film. All things being equal though, if there is a T4, Arnold has to be in it.

oh boy for the past 4 hours i have been looking up stuff on terminator four. Even though a lot of us wish that this movie is not made, i for one will gladly admit that I DONT CARE what anyone thinks i will watch this movie no matter what happens just to see how it turns out. A terminator movie is a terminator movie afterall, seems like they will finally do the war, which i was kind of hoping for in the third movie. The endinf of t3 has set up a t4, t4 might not be able to outdo the first two movies, but it has huge potential to be in the step of right direction after t3. The t4 project has been significantly delayed, and i am not even sure that 2008 is when it will be released. Apparently, they were planning to have a scrap by 04 and start shooting in 05, look where that has gone now. I do have a funny feeling that the script writers are not getting what they want, since before t3 was released i remember this news article saying that nick stahl and claire danes were signed on for t4 and t5, guess that wont happen now. The script writers are going to be the same, mostow will be directing. In a way it sounds pathetic but in an other way it might just be what we need. They now have the chance to redeem themselves, clean up their own mess. But now they will surely have their hands tied, their budget i am sure wont be that high, not as high as t3 atleast, because t3 didnt fare well at the box office, now now by that i dont mean it bombed. but 420 million dollars is not enough for a 200 million dollar budget movie. I just pray that t4 is an improvement from t3 in someway. But expect this project to be delayed, it will take a long long time for this movie to be released, dare i say 2010.

True, but hopefully considering they will have an even larger budget and it will take place a few years after X3 perhaps these effects would be more convincing. I mead they did attach Arnie's head to another body in T3 so they should be able to do what is necessary in T4 with more advanced/improved technology and budget.
