Uh, yeah. Without proof your ridiculous claim doesn't mean much. Instead of calling me "ignorant" just because I asked for proof how bout you actually show some (proof).

It's simple english comprehension bro. We only see parademons doing the job. When someone says "Hitler conquered most of Europe" does it mean that Hitler carried a gun and personally went on to conquer it single-handedly? Same thing applies here. We simply didn't see DS doing anything, but rather his forces. But of course, Darkseid takes the credit since he's their leader.
Had Darkseid actually done something, i wouldn't be arguing this.
Your analogy is as flawed as they come.
Originally posted by quanchi112IIRC Thanos stated in an issue of She Hulk that his clones were so identical that even Uatu wouldn't be able to tell them apart, so it's pretty much the same as beating Thanos himself.
When was Darkseid referenced as a clone in Hunter prey/Apokolips now/or the Gl story with Raker ?Thanos wins. Take that, Uxas lovers.
How embarrassing.

"He" (Darkseid) is most likely a reference to Darkseid + his forces (Parademons). And Constantine's comment about DS destroying a universe was in regards to the E2 universe, which DS personally did not destroy. But rather he and his forces did. And even then, he didn't wipe it out completely.
And that universe was rendered lifeless by parademons destroying the flame that births all souls. Not even remotely sure what this has to do with DS personally destroying a universe.
So again, i don't see Darkseid personally exerting his power and destroying a universe.
I don't know how or why the Parademons have been made this powerful. They have also been kinda inconsistently portrayed. The flame that births all souls was destroyed by the parademons, but that didn't destroy everyone, all it did was prevent more souls from being created/born.
I also find it hard to believe that the AM has to consume universes to destroy parademons.
Personally, imo, i think DS is supplying the power and taking on the big hitters while the parademons are doing the low level dirty work.

Considering New Gods #15 came out 4 years before Hunter/Prey did, I'd say you were mistaken.
Yeah, well, I didn't say I was certain. Hence, the "I believe" part of my sentence. Are you sure about that though? Did they have multiple runs of New Gods? If what you say is true, then they must have. I'm pretty sure it was one of the last issues of a "New God" series but I'm not sure which one exactly and I distinctly remember it happening after Hunter/Prey. I have the issue in my collection somewhere but I don't feel like looking thru it anytime soon to find it.

Thanos losing to Squirrel Girl...daaayum.

Alright I'll bite what did he actually do with the shovel other then point it at him? Did he do any damage to DS with that shovel? Do people actually think said shovel could hurt darkseid? If so, that's some damn lowballing

Is that why the Guardians stepped in at the last moment and shielded Darkseid from Raker's attack?
Or you know to stop the fighting which as noted they wanted and stated as such. What happened next page? They all stopped fighting. If they felt raker could defeat Ds why make that deal and truce and why leave him on apokolips? Sure made a lot of concessions when raker was near owning Ds with that shovel as you claim. Come on 😬
Again where is this shovel owning?
