Check the file names, for PSP the extension should be .jbr. Usually you can just rename brushes to that and they'll work. I know you can do that with PS brushes because I've done that before.
Tutorial - How To Create A Teardrop Effect In Paint Shop Pro 7 And Above
1. Find an image of a person who does not look ecstatically happy - happy people don't look great crying. I am using this one: http://www.bitterepiphany.com/cpg133/displayimage.php?album=35&pos=1
2. Okay, zoom into the eye. Select the retouch tool - the little white hand. Select "Lighten RGB" and set to 25% opacity and size 2 pixel. Go along the bottom of the eye carefully. You can swap the mode to "Soften" and go over it if it looks too sharp. It should look something like this:

3. Create a new Raster Layer. Select the Picture Tube, and select "Water Drops" from the drop down menu. Set the scale to 40 approx - it mostly depends on the size of your image. Near the eye (duh) left click so you a have a water drop. You can undo and click again until you are happy with the shape. You should have something like this:

4. Select "Image - Rotate" and rotate the water drop approx 20 degrees. You should now have something like this:

5. On the layer palette (if you are using PSP8+ it might look a little different) lower the number to about 50 or less, or select the arrow pointing to the right and select "Soft Light" - keep it on 100 for soft light. You should now have one of the images on here:

You're done! Have fun with this, adjusting different bits and so on. Experiment. Hope this was helpful 🙂

Hey guys, this may not be the exact right place to put this but It IS pertaining to Jasc Paint Shop Pro and I didn't feel the need to start a new topic in the Help forums so here goes.
I own Jasc PSP versions 8 and 9 and for some reason when I click the open file, do you guys know how your view settings are set to thumbnails so you can see what you're going to open? Well when I am trying to open one through PSP some of the pictures will show up but some of them wrong, they're just kind of like what you would see when you see a broken link, do you get me? Well whether or not they show up, I'll click on a picture I want to open and PSP will automatically lock up it I try to open an image and I have to close it. This happens in version 8 and 9 so does anyone know what I can do? I mean do I have a virus or something?
