Does anyone know how to resize a picture without losing much quality? I've noticed that some of you (say you were making a signature for me or something) start out with larger pictures and then resize them down to fit into the signature and they lose absolutely NO quality. Whenever I resize them they look all choppy or look like crap. How do you do it? Do you use one of those programs that Lana posted in the Resources thread?

You use PSP, right?
Go to Image > Resize (it's something like that, I'm doing this off the top of my head) and make sure the option to resize proportionally is selected. Then, there's a drop box with a bunch of selections as to the quality of the resize, I can't remember what the ones in PSP say, but try them out to see the best one. If there's one called bicubic, use that (that's what it is in Photoshop). I can't remember if there's a free transform option in PSP, but that's how most of us resize stuff in PS, I think. It's how I do it, anyway 😛

I think this was already shown in here but I can't find it, could you guys direct me to a link that is a Multicolouring Tutorial. SO like the background isn't just one colour it varies throughout the picture, Thankz.
One way to do that is to make your own gradiant with the colors you want to use. Remember gradiants don't have to be just 2 colors.
Another way to do so is masking.
