Signature Help/Tutorials

You were right about the layers. I finished my signature but this website won't let me put it on. It says it has to be under 30kb? What's that about?

if you're using photoshop somewhere it says save for web or if i can't get a sig under 30kb i jus tlower the colours

I found the save for web but it really rapes the colors if you lower it... /sigh

go to file then save for web is in there

send us the sig i'll try and do it without killing it send us the original version my pm

Well it took 7 hours but I finished my first Sig. Lemme know what you guys think. Tys for all the answers to my questions Baka!

Are you trying to save as a JPEG or GIF?

Do it as JPEG, the only time it starts getting to crappy quality is if you lower it below 50%. And usually you can get away with saving it at up to around 70%...since my sigs are smaller than the max pixel size on here, I usually can get them to 90% no problem.

Ya I stumbled on that playing around. Which is pretty much all I did all last night... ^^ When kid suggested going to save for web I tried all the options there and when I used Jpeg it looked great even with lower quality. So the one I posted and am using is in fact exactly that. ^^ How do you like the sig?

Lowering the colors only works if you're saving as a GIF 😛 if you're saving as a JPEG you've got to lower the quality. Which if you make it too low, will make the sig look crappy.

When you are adding a sig for advice or duel, how do I add it right on the post and not have people to click on it and go to a new page. BTW: Right now I am attatching a sig.

By upload do you mean make it my sig??? Because when you upload an Image Code does it not delete the previous so then I have to keep that code.
