Sorry to double post like this. But I just made this really crappy signature and I wanna upload it. When I tried, the file size was too large. (The max is 50K, I have 51K.) How can I make it smaller?

What is the cheepest (legal) way of getting Photoshop? I want to use it for sigs and such but $600 is pretty expensive.

Should i get an old version than upgrade? Or is PS Elements any good?
