ALL forums/message boards are seeing a general decline. Facebook and Twitter have seen to that. It's a fact, accept it cause nothing will change it. Many of the biggest boards out there are seeing huge declines in posts. It's just the way it is peeps. 😐

The comic book forums seem to be the only consistently active section(s) on KMC, and they are as active now as I've ever seen them... But should they ever die, KMC will likely die with them.

As much as I don't agree with the way WD worded it I can't help but feel there are elements of truth in what he says (which will come of no suprise if you read my last 5-6 posts in this thread). So there is no need to be petty Imp, it's not just him that holds the opinion.

Better this thread than any other. If moderators aren't open to critisism then they simply shouldn't be moderators. Which includes making petty replies (Imp) to petty criticisms (WD).

My critisisms of the moderating staff have been purely constructive. If these are "not helpful or progressive" in your opinion then that is fine but I'm still free to voice them in a suggestion thread... surely?

No, you've stopped being at all constructive and you are now just sniping at people. We heard what you said the first time you said it- now you are doing nothing but disrupting for NO gain. And in any way associating yourself with that exceedingly poor post from WD, you have hurt yourself by association. Your defence of being constructive has no basis whatsoever.

Cut it out immediately. I should not have had to tell you this. If all you can do is keep attacking the mods, saying the same thing over and over, then the place you should post it is nowhere.

I will end this here. I called WD post petty, I called Imp's response petty (he got personal).

No moderator gave feedback to my suggestions of easing up so as far as I'm concerned I wasn't heard the 1st time and since I'd rather not see the site go down the pan I'll maintain my viewpoint.

I don't need to defend myself on this point. I have not done anything wrong. I have not broken any rules. I have simply suggested that the moderating staff lighten up on their sturn attitude and punishment's as it's doing more harm than good.

The notion of my 'taking this to PMs' sugests that this is something personal. Which it is not. Therefor I will not.

That is it. No more... Now we can get back to suggesting things that can't be done becuase of the fact that the Admin is not here. 😐

That's an official warning for you- and well deserved, too. When the mod says stop, you stop- not when you think you want to stop. When the mod tells you to take it to PM, you do that too- regardless of your opinion on the matter. The mod's word is final.

And for what it is worth, your points WERE responded to, so lying there does not make you look any better. It was clear that you were not agreed with.

Maybe the mods should make a locked thread that collects all the suggestions with a brief explanation, so Raz, should he ever come back, can read them rather than go through 40 pages of suggestion thread.

Whilst not a completely unreasonable idea, the much more straightforward thing to do is to stop people unhelpfully spamming or arguing in this thread- which I shall do from now on.
