In fact, Iraqi "insurgents" are responsible for the death of more civilians than the United States....well...i'm pretty sure. I have no fact to back that up.

But the fact of the matter is....America is trying their best to limit civilian casualties. Iraqi insurgents commit their crimes without any regard for helpless civilians.
