None of your fts match anything DD has done. None of them. By the way, DD has slapped bullets out of the air on multiples of occasions.

For what it's worth, I had a look and none of them are bullet-timing ir more impressive. Nightwing, like most guys on his level, is routinely faster and more agile than most peope can aim their guns. Everyone does that. Everyone'e sidekick does that.
DD, like only a handful of people on his level, routinely "sees" bullets coming, thinks "I should swat this away with my thin stick... maybe so that it doesn't hit any civilians... maybe so it flies back and hits the gunman" and does so. He does things like eait until a sniper rifle round is large in the reflection of his glasses before doging it. Without PIS, he should be quicker than Nightwing by a substantial amount.
He's also stronger, by anything I've seen, and he isn't a worse fighter.

Nothing that has been shown is on DD level. Anyone that is voting for NW is doing this because they like the character or dislike DD because comparing fts, DD stomps.
Bullet time speed/reflexes are overrated. Basically any well trained peak human can pull that off in comics. I find it funny that we can have two characters who (for decades) were shown to be roughly on the same level in terms off speed and reflexes.. then one day one of them gets a bullet time feat because one writer thought it'd look cool.. and everyone jumps to a conclusion that this character is now times faster than the one who did not yet display such a feat due to lack of showings/popularity/something else. If that was the case then freakig Typhoid Mary, a mutant with no superhuman stats whatsoever should sh!t all over 90% of "A" list martial artists from both Marvel and DC which is clearly not the case.

mary's feat is one of the best i've ever seen for this level. 👆
but yeah, dd would win this. looking only at high feats, almost ALL street guys come to about the same. there is only so high feats can go and STILL remain believable for this level. hence, ALL street guys have great feats. looking at most consistent feats, and fewest 'low end' feats, factoring in big wins over guys, dd takes this with some comfort imo. no fight would be easy, by any stretch, but he'd win a solid majority. 8/10 maybe imo.
