I never stated that the Black Panther cannot be hit nor was he invincible from the physical attacks of an enemy. Perhaps you misunderstood what I was attempting to explain. Black Panther's vibranium weave suit literally saps the momentum of objects that are directed towards him at moderate and high speeds. That doesn't mean his suit cannot be damaged but it does allot him a degree of mobility and durability that leaves Batman at a disadvantage. For example if Batman and Black Panther are going at it in a hand to hand fight -- Panther is going to absorb less impact from Batman's attacks. How is this an advantage? I think it's pretty obvious. Black Panther is without a doubt stronger than Batman and his punches & kicks would most likely do more damage than those of the Batman himself. Not to mention the degree of mobility that Black Panther is given because of his enhanced abilities as well as his suit. Panther can literally run up walls and ceilings without effort. He's able to leap from buildings that would normally give Batman trouble if he didn't have his bat line. Come on now. Are you seriously going to tell me that a man who has these advantages wouldn't physically dominate Batman? Especially since Wayne is ignorant of the properties of vibranium and he had none of his infamous prep-time? Yes, Kilmonger is a mutated human who gave himself super strength, speed, endurance and agility because he was out to defeat the Black Panther which he has on occasion. He had to enhance himself to greater heights in order to beat T'Challa. As for the Man Ape -- he's been beaten by T'Challa so many times it's not even funny anymore. Next.
On the latest superman batman # 12 batman got beaten by darksied and all he has to show for it was beaten up face and a broken arm (this should tell you that his kelvar does more than protect him from bullets. thanks to the help of the mother box) Batman's weaponry includes does of apokalips, and kryptonian tech. And also he was able to build robotic versions of the intire JLA to help him fight Grudd.
Then that's bad writing on DC's writers part. When Darkseid hits Superman -- Superman is HURT. And badly. I would assume if Batman was beaten down by Darkseid he'd be near the verge of DEATH considering that his body and stamina is only that of a mere man with no super human qualities. Darkseid can RIP through Kevlar like it was butter and yet Batman is protected by it somehow? Come on now. Isn't that a bit much? Mind you this is a one on one fight with Black Panther -- Batman won't have time to construct a robotic version of the JLA to help him. Okay?
The batman has alot of arsenal than just the ones he constantly uses as like the divise he used once used to sap supermans power and give it to himself. This happened in another JLA episode that I can't seem to find. I think we've already established that both Batman and Black Panther have endless resources at their disposals. Not to mention each is a technological genius in their own prospective universes. But Batman doesn't get the privilege of his prep-time in this fight. It's a one on one random occurrence which gives them each only the items they have on hand. That means whatever is on that person on the time. Enhanced senses, agility, strength were all developed before he took the herb and were developed further to their peak when he took it. That means a lot when you're fighting an enemy who's just as cunning and possibly more ruthless than yourself. Black Panther is just as if not more intelligent than Batman. Where are Batman's advantages? As I see it he's got all the same resources as Panther as well as the skill and technological & strategic genius. Black Panther dominates Batman in strength, speed, agility and durability which are all deciding factors in a one on one fight. Granted, Batman has beaten super powered beings before...but guess what? So has Black Panther. He's beaten, Magneto, Mephisto, Ultron, Red Skull...etc. So what? Whatever Batman can do...Black Panther can do it better.

Batman seems to get the better of just about anyone when he has the prep-time to do so. Too bad it didn't help him when he was broken by Bane. And it definitely won't help him in his fight with Black Panther. There is no prep-time here. Being ENHANCED when you're just as cunning, skillful and intelligent as your foe does mean you're going to win. Black Panther is everything that Batman is and MORE. This isn't some foolish villain that Batman's facing who's going to explain his entire plan to Wayne while he uses his MacGuyver like skills to take them down. Black Panther doesn't stop nor does he show mercy to his foes. He would try and KILL Batman were he in the way. Much like how he nearly killed Kraven the Hunter before the Avengers stopped him.

I'm a Batman fan. I've collected his comics since I was in training pants but as I've grown so has my perspective as well as my tastes. And it became quickly apparent that the Batman isn't the end all be all of human or near-human combatants. He gets as much respect as a character is due but he's an icon who's been escalated to heights he just doesn't deserve. When I heard he beat Superman -- I was done with it. I don't like Superman and I'm a bigger Batman fan....but it's SUPERMAN, yo'! Not even Batman should beat him. That's just ridiculous.

Read a Black Panther comic and then read a Batman one. I can damn near guarentee that Black Panther's fighting prowess is just as if not more potent then Batman's. Especially since Black Panther has taken on God's in hand to hand fights and nearly won. Intelligence? Black Panther is able to follow Reed Richards in most conversations while others are stumped. Something tells me that Batman would have to use cliff notes to follow. Gadgets? You REALLY need to pick up a Panther comics.

And darksied did cut through the Kevlar like a very hot hot hot hot let me add one more hot knife through butter. DC writing was pretty much on the ball when they wrote this one. And I think I mentioned the MOTHER BOX which is the sole reason batman is not pushing up daises.

this is all good but I can tell you one person that batman has defeated that could take on Magneto, Mephisto, Ultron, Red Skull all at once and he goes by the name of Bizzaro Superman. NOT SUPERMAN AND KRYPTONITE DOES NOTHING TO THE BIZZARO SUPERMAN.
Black panther more cunning than the batman. Being cunning is one of batman's strong points very strong since as he does not have any superhuman abilities he tend to perfect those he already have. Batman outsmarted ruler feared by gods and humans alike.
When bane broke batman's back he had batman capture all of his rogue gallery. And batman physically exhausted himself before bane showed up and broke his back. So you see bane had to plan to take down batman because he knows if he just goes, guns blazing he is going to lose.
