It doesn't matter Xenophage is not a Symbiote himself. And the gray Symbiote's host's name is Trevor. After all of their hosts get killed during Seperation Anxiety (with the exception of Donna), the symbiotes merg together and bond with Scott Washington. When this happens they refer to themself as Hybrid.
BTW, Marvel Universe RP just starting. I think most Spider-man and Symbiote characters are still open...

Awesome I would love to be spider-man. If not him I would be namor the original Underwater prince.

I must respectfully disagree!
I liked practically all the main characters! Liked the hero, liked his sidekick, Dennis Hopper was suitably hateable, the women were the obligatory cardboard-cutouts [do we expect more from any horror film? Nope].....
The premise of the movie made sense, the zombies were NOT racing around like track-stars [hate that premise!], the only really jarring note was the continual mentioning of large sums of money as being sought-after... because after the apocalypse, money is going to be *worthless*, folks. I'll grant you that was off-kilter.
Especially compared to the Dawn remake and RE #2, this was GREAT STUFF. But then I speak as someone totally bored by "Saw," unimpressed by "The Ring" and literally rocked to sleep by "Boogeyman," so you may consider my judgement impaired. 😈
[p.s. rent "Boogeyman" at your own risk. That was one of the damn stupidest things I ever saw. No joke.] [/QUOTE]
Ok, ok, compelling arguments from both yourself and red...having said that, I must mention that I agree with Symbiotica's opinions about the other and unrelated movies, save for "The Ring", whose premise and cinematography I found quite refreshing when compared to the typical American horror drivel we've been exposed to in recent years.
So, "Land" blows the "Dawn" remake away? Hmm. You just MAY be turning me around here, gal...
I agree about "Boogeyman"--a friend loaned it to me--it says on the cover that it's the scariest horror movie EVER--but it wouldn't even have kept me awake at age 6, much less now. I thought it had a real after-school special feel to it.
I rented a pretty decent Japanese horror film recently called "Infection" that had a symbiote related storyline, if you don't mind reading subtitles--anyway it's worth checking out if you can find it.
