willpower is born of not giving up, not something that can be summoned like some power up from dragonball which gives u more power the more u charge. if you in your mind want it to happen badly enough, it happens.
the ring does ANYTHING if u want it badly enough. that includes the speed of creation, sound in creation, anything.
people keep getting the idea that john stewart from the cartoons = the way gl rings work. NO it's not true. Rings don't make sounds unless u picture them doing so. Rings don't take time to make constructs unless u picture them so. the strength of an object isn't corelated to the time taken to create it, as can be seen from hal jordan vs mongul fight, he made the power suit and hammer in a single instant. If the need and want is there, the GL could create suns in an instant. If he wanted it badly enough.
and kalmaku. he took out the entire JLA because he knew he could not let the ring fal into their hands. he took them all out. he created very strong anti-psi helmets and a bubble which could withstand the pounding of

in that comic Kyle Rayner Was asleep and under the influence of joker gas. he made a construct of himself that had independent thought and it acted like a lunitic and it had the abilty to make constructs of its own. in a part of this book batman swang in and pulled superman out of the way of kyles blast.
now let me tell you kyle was that powerful in his sleep and that was back then long time ago so current kyle would have no prob with superman.
