The Hobbit is coming out so is The Silmarillion😄 hehe
But i prefer someone else directing these too.. Not PJ .. did an awful job with LOTR !! Changed so much stuff and left out a lot!! The extended versions aint even half of the book!!! Added all these stupid scenes .. waste of time!! What happened to Tom Bombadil??? Anyway not gonna get into that now!!
For more info on the Hobbit visit the Empire (magazine) website.. coming soon section🙂

shock shock
According to Ö3 and FF, Elijah, Sean, Dom and Billy said in interviews that PJ *does* want to do the Hobbit-movie, preferably with those four playing roles similar to their ones in LOTR 😖 htf is this supposed to work 😖 the article suggested that they played "relatives" of Sam, Merry etc... HUH 🤨 those have practically nothing to do with the Hobbit-storyline 🤨
But as the article includes other wrong-or-at-least-not-really-true information about the topic, I wouldnt really trust it 😐

bilbo and gandalf would still be in there 😊
i'd like to see the hobbit as a film...
there would be no need to really change anything...
most of the changes to LOTR were, IMHO, the right choices for the purposes of film...
not all things that work in books translate well to the screne...
i think PJ did a great job...
sure, there a few things i would have approached differently...
like leaving the elves out of helmsdeep, putting the wildmen back into that battle, eliminating the ranger sword and having aragorn fight with the broken narsil untill geting it reforged at rivendell in FOTR, etc.
but there is no real need to change anything from the hobbit...
it would all work quite well on film... virtually word for word...
