i heard it was the property of another movie company or something and they didn't want it made, so he's having trouble getting permission. I just hope if they do Peter Jackson flims it and contains all the original characters in the lotr trilogy

now that Peter Jackson is done w/ King Kong, think he'll consider making The Hobbit (or There and Back Again)?

He's going to do Halo next. The Hobbit should be after that...hopefully.
