YES, there is proof atoms exist -- they have been seen through electron telescopes. And how would we have atom bombs if atoms didn't exist? An atom bomb works because they use an unstable element that breaks down and causes a chain reaction, resulting in an explosion. But this couldn't work if atoms didn't exist.
NO, there are no photographs of black holes -- they are so dense that the gravity field they generate is strong enough that not even light escapes. There's no firsthand proof that they exist, because it is still a theory that science is trying to understand. But there is evidence.
NO, we haven't first-hand witnessed evolution. But there is plenty of evidence in favor of it. Have you ever heard of the Galapagos finches? That, right there, is a prime example of evolution, the one that any person who's ever had any sort of science/biology class will know.

Geez ... I go away for a day, and everything goes absurd (well, more absurd). Now we're not supposed to believe in atoms, because they haven't been photographed? Man. Well, I've never been photographed in fron of my computer, so I guess I'm not here, am I?

I meant we as a figure of speech, as in Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, etc. People who believe in a higher power that guides them.

Yes, we have first hand witnessed evolution. Such as mutations in fruit-flies (hence the reason science loves those bugs so much).
And sorry to up-date the talk on black holes: They HAVE been found. You can’t see one as not even light escapes the gravity of a black hole – But such a warp of space-time creates tons of side-effects (like heavy radiation) which can be seen.
