Batman vs Spiderman

Well, in the 1960's movie "Batman"...Batman just happened to have, get this, Shark Repellent.

...What the hell.

Why would you carry Shark Repellent if you don't know that you're going anywhere near a shark?

God, Batman has everything. He's probably got Toaster Repellent, too. Ya know, for when those Toasters get a little steamed up. Pardon the pun.

Hell, he's probably got a nuclear-powered submarine in his utility belt.

And to lifeisaglich, I'm not going to knock you or anything, I do somewhat agree with what you said. But what you and some people keep forgetting is that not only does he have these abilities, but also incredible speed, which I keep not seeing when someone explains his fighting "style". And I mean more than reflexes. Just the plain speed of his attacks, of all of his moves. He can move so much faster than any normal human (Batman). Not just a little faster. A lot. Batman can't dodge a bullet the way Spidey can. From a stand-still, Batman could not dodge a bullet being shot from only 10 yards away, but Spidey can (I've actually seen this in a comic a couple months ago). Speed plays a HUGE factor here.

Spidey could hit Batman 10 different ways before Bats gets his first move off. And I can't stress enough that I'm not just saying anything that will make Spiderman win. I just know what is right. I do think that Spidey can be beaten by MANY different opponents, just not Batman.

Spidermans speed is so downplayed, it's only slightly faster than a humans, baloney, but wolverine is supposed to have superhuman speed. In high gear, I know, that spiderman can attack 40x faster than a human.
Bats fighting gets uplayed, its 127styles, spidermans style is used to its best, and there is no "style" that batman has to counter it, so it doesn't matter if he knew 4 billion, I could have 127 books and just slightly know them, but I can have I book and master it bettter than slightly knowing the 127.
Strength is downplayed, its acceptable for everyone BUT spiderman to be able to kill someone, well let me tell you something, this is BLOODLUST. All characters fight to the BEST of their abilities, and that being said, batman goes down.

Wow,your clueless about spideys speed.He can move at supersonic speed.He is so fast that he is just a blur when he moves.His speed is so fast that he has no trouble dodging machine gunfire.He see's bullets coming at him the same way we see a softball tossed at us.A softball comes at us so slow we can easily avoid being hit by it.Same with spidey when someone trys to shoot him.

Yeah so many people are living in denial that Bats would have a prayer against spidey.Again this thread is a joke because Bats would not have a prayer.spidey would wipe the floor with him blindfolded.

I disagree. Althogh Spider-man is strong and agile Batman is ALWAYS prepared. He would find a weakness in spiderman. Especially at night. Spider-man can't see in the dark. Spidey is every bit as experienced as Bats is.In the beginning,Bats would probably beat spidey,but an experienced spidey? forget it,no contest.Night time means nothing to spidey because he has his uncanny spidey sense.Plus spidey never underestimates his opponets and he always looks for weaknesses in his opponets as well therefore Bats has no prayer.

First, i agree, spidey could beat batman easily in a normal fight.

Second, that punch wasnt from a regular spidey, was from a altered and more powerful spidey.

I have no clue? I feel his speed is greatly downplayed, in terms of running he is FAST but in attack, he is HYPER FAST, he is one of the top dodgers in the MU.

Supersonic speed is a bit pushing it, unless you mean Captain Universe Spiderman.

I dont think that spidey has supersonic speed, he is fast as hell, surely, but not in that level. Only people like superman or the flash are in that level.
