This is an all out fight meaning anything goes and we have already discussed the signigifcance of batman having his batmobile.....to give you the short story...spiderman gets clobbed any time he so choses to go near the batmobile to pick it up and throw a home run....so just as abrutly as the batmobile came into the picture that is exactly how it left...

let me re-clarify this since it blew over your head the 1st time...spidey can't be caught of gaurd by gun fire due to spider sense. batman however doesn't have one....HOWEVER when batman DOES know where incoming fire is coming from he dodges it just as easily as spidey....another example is spiderman or batman against the Hulk....spiderman is able to avoid hulk for a while...batman did the same damn thing....they're the same in dodging ability....spiderman just can't be caught off gaurd...in a 1 on 1 fight, unless spiderman's sneaking up on bruce..they're ability to dodge things will be near equal...
