NO, all of his items were not made by him, they were not as far as i'm concerned. Tell me who's been making them while he is off, his standard equipment is mass produced, everyone had went over that, even lifeasaglich said so.
Correction...I know for a fact that batman creates his own gadgets...this is the same argument I used last time...if batman used the stuff from his companies then the whole wayne industry would know the true identity of batman...but has on occasion taken out prototypes of what his company is working on to see how they would perform under normal/extreme circumstances....and do you know how I know....because batman was talking about how they could market this and use this stuff to prevent building from collapsing during earth quakes...this leads me to believe most of the stuff that he has, are the stuff he creates...besides being the world's greatest detective...he is also an entrepreneur and an inventor...

It's a bad comparison get over it.....you're saying that matching up bats to spidey is like matching up an alien to an unarmed marine.....aside from the fact that batman is not unarmed at any rate....an alien would kill spiderman head on as well....so by continuing to use the example you either neglect how bad of one it is completely, or you're doing little else than revealing how both spidey and batman can be killed by an alien in a h2h fight with no weapons whatsoever...

No its not, since you bring up the bad concept of how bats is defeating spiderman in melee, that AND he has better reflexes.

It is by an unamed company who doesn't know what the massed implements are for, and he slaps his name on them, he COULD make them, but he doesn't mass produce them at any rate.

and as far as dodging..it's quite simple....TAIL....batman is as capible of avoiding things THAT he knows about as spidey is (what about that concept that you aren't getting I dont know)...but a tail comin in from behind...well that simply goes to spidey's advantage not bats'

venom and carnage? are you serious? you mean like when he used FIRE, or the time he used LOUD SPEAKERS? or the time he literally had to go barrow a sonic gun from the fantastic four to use on venom (which didn't even work by the way)? a weapon which batman keeps a pocket sized version of in his belt.....
