Counter-argument: scientists that work for companies like Wayne enterprises... McScientists... wouldn't question where the technology they design goes and they wouldn't have right to because the patents would belong to the company. Scientists designing technology with military applications for companies may not always know that their innovations have military applications. Scientists designing Batman's tech may not know it has crime-fighting applications.
Batman is smart he has some technical and scientific knowledge but he does not = Dr Reed Richards+Dr Henry Pym+Dr Hank McCoy combined like some like to think he does.
There is no prep in this fight.. so imo Batman can not have pocket sized everything in his his utility belt in this fight. He would have standard items... which no one will narrow down for some reason.
What's with all the Alien and Wolverine stuff btw?

Jinzin doesn't say how fast the car was going so I used a low estimate. If calculations don't work for you then how bout a logical analogy.
Saying that they do deal the same amount of damage is like saying that a stationary martial artist can stand in front of a speeding vehicle and stop/reverse it by punching it.
You're right it doesn't say how fast it's moving (and I told you it's not my source so I'm sorry I can't provide you details,) but it'd be foolish for me to ignore my life experience. Have you ever seen a leg completely bend at 90 degrees at the shin from a kick while the leg being broken is raised (correct position for blocking)? Or have you seen a kick that pushes about 4-5 inches into the ribcage of a veteran fighter? Maybe you're familiar with more famous fights like those of Tank Abbot? 1 punch to the jaw, the guy had to get a metal plate in it, a hyper-extended neck, I beleive a slipped vertabre, and a torn leg ligament. Obviously there's no point debating this if the car is doing 90, but you see where I'm coming from?
Oh, and if metric's so great, why did they have to invent goofy named units of measurement for everything that are based on 12. 12 is superior to 10.

It's called leverage...but oh wait, you already proved you have no idea what that means. Sorry.

Man I fight ALOT, but thats different, that says nothing of the shape of the people, and 17 is near the end of adolescence, Im sure Jinzin and I could overpower some adults much older or near 30.Now try that with someone with a strength disadvantage, a child, against a large adult. It wouldn't work.
The same with a person against a bear or something head up, technique woudn't count, theirs works fine, just like spidermans.
Actually in comics, bears get beat just fine by martial artist. Black Panther, Batman, I think Shang Chi has beat on like a tiger or something, anyway, name 'em and it's probably happened.

Approximately two-thirds of all crashes in which people are killed or injured happen on roads with a speed limit of 30 mph or less. At 35 mph a driver is twice as likely to kill someone as they are at 30 mph.* Hit by a car at 40 mph, 9 out of 10 pedestrians will be killed
* Hit by a car at 30 mph, about half of pedestrians will live.
* Hit by a car at 20 mph, only 1 out of 10 pedestrian will be killed.
Pressure is a ratio, so I have no doubt that skilled martial artists/boxers etc exert high pressures when they punch. But smaller force over smaller area = same pressure as larger force with proportionally larger area.
Overall damage from a car crash>>>damage from a punch.

🤨 Base ten is simpler and more useful in any calculation.

You miss that a human, would lose hand to hand, like bats would to spidey, gosh you try to skip around to meet your own expectations.Congrats on not using a smiley though.
Hey jinzin, don't you love how Mitch takes something you yourself said and then presents it like some all might end all super-intellegent comment?

Oh my !@#$ing God, did you just say lizard and Morbius are masterminds? Are you trying to make me bust a !@#$ing nut?

Still using shitty crossovers, tell me, how batman would logically "beat up" carnage. There was already a stupid thread where merc though that bats could beat venom and carnage,no prep.
You mean cause I said, "I'm in no way trying to say Batman could win...I just want people to realize he'd put up a good fight..." and so on.

Ooooo, very good, such a strong arguement deserves recognition. Don't exactly know that it matters...but even that hardly takes away from this statement.

I don't think that was anyone's intention, it simply wouldn't be true. It was only meant to prove he was smarter than Spider-man. While Batman has a few scientific acheivements on the level of the aforementioned, Spidey has none.

That's because no one knows. Sorry, but the comics don't really say. He never runs out of Batarangs, he's always got a trick up his sleeve, you just can't tell. I think the writers keep it that way to save time and fill there plot devices (I can't blame them either.)
My best guest is a dozen batarangs of varying types. A dozen little bombs of varying effect (smoke, fragmentation et hoc genus omne.) A dozen other devices like a few lines to swing on a couple powerful explosives, a flash light et hoc genus omne. And a dozen other little useful trinkets. But it has to be a dozen not 10.

Didnt Spiderman created his own webshots when he was nothing but a teen?

It's simpler because it's been imprinted on you mind since the days that it was young and very impressionable. The only reason the metric system is based on ten is because humans have ten fingers (don't believe me look it up.) More useful my eye. Go look in a lumber yard, where all the wood is measure in a unit (which I forgot the name of because it's so rediculous anyway) which equals 120 centimeters.

Sure, so what's he done since then?
Alright so you caught me, I'm a little short on examples (poor me.) But I'm sure there's plenty, give me a little time. But that Doomsday failsafe device that would teleport Gotham into a pocket dimension sounds impressive. And he's always finding cures for stuff, even for stuff the Joker has invented (complete chemistry genius there.) He improved Bane's serum and that guys a genius.
Any that's more examples than I got out of you so nice way of just ignoring the question and just putting me on the spot instead (which admittedley worked a little.)
