I'm reposting this since it serves as a summation of the weight of evidence imo that Spiderman wins more often than not against Batman.
Advantage Spiderman
Strength (enhanced above levels attainable for nonempowered beings)
Speed (enhanced above levels attainable for nonempowered beings)
Agility (enhanced above levels attainable for nonempowered beings)
Reflexes (enhanced above levels attainable for nonempowered beings)
Maneuverability (enhanced above levels attainable for nonempowered beings
Defensive range (due to the fact that Spiderman can web swing and cling to walls)
Overall fighting efficiency (due to aforementioned enhanced traits more than negating technical proficiency)
Academic intelligence
Precognition
Advantage Batman
Fighting technical proficiency (extensive knowledge of martial arts)
Weaponry (mainly because it's unspecified)
Strategic/tactical intelligence
Durability to piercing injury (bullet proof body armour)
Neutral
Durability to blunt force trauma injury - Spiderman's is genetically/physiologically enhanced while Batman's is artificially enhanced by his body armour.
Experience - Batman should be 66 years old and Spiderman should be 43... instead since Spiderman started fighting crime in his teens, Batman began at an older age but as he's probably older I'm just assuming they have the same amount of experience overall.
Offensive Range - Spiderman has his webbing, Batman has unspecified projectiles weapons
