I dont have to put you on the spot. You said Spiderman never did anything and i gave an example. So far what you have on Batman are "ifs".
And improving Banes serum isent an achivment since he didnt created it. Most of his tech arent his creation as well. Give me something - he- created from scratch like spidey and his webshots.
Thing is... there's a big difference with being able to innovate... (e.g. creating a novel synthetic material with the tensile strength of spiders webbing or engineering an original device (on a very limited budget) to dispense said novel synthetic material) and being able to improve others innovations e.g. improve a compound's (Bane's serum) efficacy or apply known methods to reverse engineer an antidote to a poison with ample amounts of money and equipment.
Which is why batman isn't winning this too often, his entire chances run on luck of his items, and how often he will be sucessful with them. They try to dodge these points, and instead glorify the Bats in JLA which is there to stay alive against those he shouldn't. Any example of spiderman is PIS/CIS, which is why I don't bother wondering anymore. Anyone can see we are arguing for them, and they are arguing for its own sake.

Which is why I said that the fact that his equipment comes from a school is a big difference, than some rich guy who gets his.
All true Xmark. But its still a less important than having the brains to invent the thing. I see it as more Bruce having the tech resources to improve stuff while Spidey has the brains to innovate.
And what was in the discussion was that Spiderman was below Bruce in science smarts. Wich i find odd since the webshooters wer created when he was still in highschool.

Umm... I was agreeing. 😂 I was trying to imply in my post that innovating is a lot harder than simply applying resources at your disposal. Sorry if it didn't make that clear 😮

Durability to blunt force trauma injury - Spiderman's is genetically/physiologically enhanced while Batman's is artificially enhanced by his body armour.
Experience - Batman should be 66 years old and Spiderman should be 43... instead since Spiderman started fighting crime in his teens, Batman began at an older age but as he's probably older I'm just assuming they have the same amount of experience overall.
Offensive Range - Spiderman has his webbing, Batman has unspecified projectiles weapons
