DC has Batman handle higher threats using his brains....
not by taking superman level punches and just standing there.....
At least when DC wants to make Batman more prominent,
they make it somewhat plausible.

I know that Batman couldn't survive being plucked by superman if supes wanted to pluck his brains out of his head.

Duh... he's Batman. He always has a miniaturized anti-Godzilla ray in his utility belt. And anti-Godzilla gas bombs. And specialised batarangs designed to cut through Godzilla scales... even when he doesn't know he's going to fight Godzilla.
