4. Lots of people have been posting inconsistent feats that has made Batman look good. The same can be done for Spidey. A more accurate way of deciding a winner would be based upon their statistics.
5. Knowing a dozen ways to win in a few seconds and using them are entirely different things when you go up against an opponent who is not only stronger, and can dodge everything you throw at them but can literally run circles around you.
6. The fact that spider-man is physically overwhelming is one of the reasons why many including myself will tell you he can win so yes it does beat an opponent who KNOWS different killing techniques but is too slow to use them.

Already read some spidey. now its true spidey gets hit by things but if he didnt it would be boring. He should be able to dodge EVERYTHING BATS CAN THROW AT HIM.

1. I didn't. But if you recall that poll was used as a pro-Spidey arguement many times.

3. The opposite is possible as well, it is also a possibility that more people are making an informed decisioin.

And I'm sure you're using the statistics that put Spiderman over Wolvie, but when more complete statistics are used (like those of Shield) Wolvie comes out on top, and now you want us to use statistics from two different companies? Sure, that's a good way to debate...
5. No one is more capable of applying said tactics than Batman. Characters with a fraction of Batman skills have had the upperhand, it's only reasonable that Batman be able to duplicate said results.
6. Spiderman is not a speedster. He is only slightly faster than peak humans. Punisher, Kingpin, the white ninja, DD, and Wolvie amongst others were more than fast enough.

Batmyth takes full on punches from Darkseid and Superman and is completely unfazed. Batmyth knows a million bajillion martial arts styles which he utilises all at once and has the force a speeding locomotive behind each and every one of his punches. Batmyth has a belt with a wormhole inside to a vast storeroom of gadgets that would take out the Living Tribunal. Batmyth has more scientific knowledge than Reed Richards and Dr Doom combined has the mutant power of Forge. All he needs is a day of prep to beat anyone, but he usually doesn't need prep at all and he dodges bullets at point blank range.
Batman is a peak human. He is fully trained in every form of normal human martial arts there is. He moves at peak human speed and has peak human strength. He has a suit that protects from piercing injury and to a lesser extent blunt force injury (kinetic energy/momentum does not just disappear, armour prevents bullets from piercing, the momentum is still transferred through). He has a utility belt which has various batarangs, gas pellets, grappling hook etc. Batman is very intelligent and is unrivalled in his deductive detective skills.
Everyone loves to argue why Batmyth would win. No one seems to want to argue why Batman would win. 🙁
