Thanks for noticing that, they want him to get hit by kingpin, but thor couldnt touch him.

Writers have many motivations, they don't stop writing because a char did something they shouldn't if it sells more.
Writers even feud.
Well, obviously Batman would already know Spidey's strength and weaknesses. Because he always does, even people he never met before, and I believe would find a way to use it as leverage against him and take him down in a otherwise fairly equal fight. Faster and stronger has never really been a downfall for Batman, he did beat Predator, gadetless without his Bat-suit/armor/whatever, with broken ribs and bleeding profusely and with nothing more than a baseball bat. While not as openly powerful [lifting cars etc.] as Spidey, his blows are no less equal in power. For example in Bruce Wayne Murder, Batman when fighting Nightwing [who couldnt even land a blow on Batman I might add] Batman kicked at Nightwing and instead hit one of the tempered steel beams in the bat-cave and indented it. And that's in his own title as compared to the could-be-galaxy-conquering-hero Batman is in other people's titles. [Beating Hulk h2h, Carnage h2h, most things he does in JLA, etc] If we use that Batman its all over for Spidey. But otherwise, I say The Batman's intelligence and counter-measures do Spidey out.

Wait one second, how would he know spidermans strength and weaknesses, he would have general knowledge about him and thats all.
Spiderman isn't superman, bats has his usual utility belt, and nothing else.
Batman doesn't hit harder than spiderman, spiderman IS physically capable of defeating him in one hit, this IS bloodlust.
You are going by crossovers, poor evidence, these do little to tell me how he is winning.
Batman gets owned by hulk, carnage too, and hand to hand is absurd.
Spiderman beat a cosmic being, do you want me to use that.
Spiderman has precognition, which allows him to do fine, and counter batman first, bats wins by too many intangibles.
Batman has to:
select the item
have it on him
pull it
throw it and hope it lands.
He cannot break spiderman's webbing, he cannot go on walls as fast, he CANNOT dodge as good, he is a human, and dies easily.

But Batman could drop a nerve grenade, use the the Mr Freeze gun, hit him with a death punch, and then roll over him in the Batmobile dragging the giant penny from his past escapades he keeps in the Batcave. Wtf is your point?

Well, I believe Batman is the creator of Project OMAC's Brother One, and could have easily used it to defeat half of the Marvel U, same as it's doing to the DC right now, and anyone who eventually made it to Bats would be promptly owned, because Brother One would have seen it a mile away. therefor given Batman all the prep time in the world.
