Actually at 15 tons he was just under 40x stronger than Batman(calculations of Batman at 800lbs, Spidey at 15 tons - 37.5)
Batman has the mother box which I am hearing it is now part of his normal arsenal. (As stated by someone on this very thread way back when) And if this is true then spiderman's upgrade means nothing because the mother box is going to give batman the time which he needs to put spiderman under one of those his famous traps.
This is quiet interesting spiderman gets all those upgrades but batman just need one new device to negate half of what spiderman has to offer.
Just thought to put this out on the table, so that when you guys a blasting about strength that and speed this. Just remember that batman has a mother box.

First off since when does Batman regularly carry around a mother box?I've only seen it used once by him before, besides even when they are used they are primarily only used for teleportation purposes. How exactly does that negate all of Spider-Man's powers again. Besides if Batman does intend to use it destructivly against Spider-Man his spider-sense will go off.

Since when he got he ass beaten by superman on three separate occations in three different titles and lived. And not to mension ultimates version of atomic skull DC. And not to mension his run in with Mongul Infinite Criss # 1. Now if your explanations is that batman survivied all those beatings is because he can. Well then I might as well switch the motherbox and use the "he can" explanation.

If that is true, that's still only two appearance and one that you claimed happened during their darkest times. 2 appearance doesn't grant it the status of being a standard equipment.
Anyway do you have a scan of him carrying around a motherbox during IC#1. I wonder whose mb it was.

Those were all extreme occasions that you used where Batman is usually aware that serious things are gonna go down. Now that you mention I do recall an ish where Superman mentioned that Batman utilized the tech but I wasn't under the impression that it was a part of his normal gadgetry, more like if he knows the enemy is tough he'll pack it.
You see that is true but you have to ask your self did batman know that he was going to get beat up superman under Maxwell Lords control in the JLA tower.

i asked my self that, but then i realize DC was again gonna cling to a plot device or PIS if that happened. Thankfully, WW was around to make it fairly realistic. And also, Batman have other anti superman measures that is more effective which is his kryptonite ring.

That may be true, and i wouldn't dismiss your proof but it still stand based on the rules that other equipment that isn't considered as "standard" for said character should be dismissed when there is no ruling by the originator of the thread.

But thing is, that makes very little difference considering that most people who vote here and had voted here was under the impression of the standard version pre-upgraded. Even without the upgrades, the match is still lopsided simply for the fact that one character is a consistent bullet timer and belongs to the 10 tons category. Now i know Batman has taken more than that, but that usually entails one-sided prep and good circumstances on his side and not against people who nullify his advantages with their speed and an instant pre-cognition to boot.
