On the logical front...spiderman has more powers and should not be losing to batman.
On the BS front, they are both characters that will not be sold. DC will not let Batman get chumped and Spider-man won't be thrown away by marvel. So it couldn't happen in comic books.
You guys are arguing almost about comic book politics now. Spider-man is definitely the favorite to win overbatman. Definitely.

first off wolvie beat lobo in a fan voted book (not that that totally discredits it in my mind) second, I've theorized he did it with multiple genital puncture wounds...even spidey would go down after one or two hits to the groin from a 12 year old.....
and third of all spidey's put in mismatch threads by his crazy ass fans ALL the time that use the same method you just wrote of.

You have got to be joking me. Of course I am arguing the way things SHOULD BE. And until the opposite happens...that is what is expected to happen. Batman goign head to head vs Spiderman is not in batman's favor. Spiderman has overcome amazing odds and so has batman. Everyone keeps citing the amazing feats batman has performed...well what about Spider-man? It's like you want to take batman at his top, but spiderman for what he's supposed to be.

that's really no the same at all....the imballance between thor and spidey is farrrrr greater than that between bats and spidey....besides bat's akes people that ar out of his league far more consistantly than spiderman does...
