okay, since some seem to wish to pick at the word "realistically", even though we all know we use words like "realistically" or "logically", "rationally", etc. to refer to these comic matches, let me rephrase:
Spidey, given his stats and powerset, and even feats, should be able to easily defeat the Bat in close, non-prep combat. Also, considering the amount of strength he's displayed, it should be more than reasonable to suggest that one serious blow from him could indeed do serious, fatal damage to a person of batman's durability(ala, knocking his head off).

And lets not forget, when Spiderman connects with Bat's chin its just a punch -when Bat's hits Pete he gets a nerve cluster, and its light outs.
