There are humans that are 15 times faster than an average human.
15 isn't a logical figure. We know that Spiderman has superhuman speed, hence he is faster than a human can possibly be.

Wolverine isn't a human. He is a superhuman, regardless of what people may speculate. He is certainly more durable than Batman.
