ok, I don't think the movie is going to happen how I would love to see it happen, so this is how I see it since we are all just saying what we think will happen.
Harry is mad at Peter yet confused, he is even more crazy, and alters the Green Goblin look a little bit and goes off to kill Peter. Have the Marko story just a little, I say 15 min at most. He becomes Sandman. 25 min gone. Show Peter/MJ/Aunt May - 15 min. 40 min gone. Introduce Eddie Brock - 10 min. Show Conners - 5 min. Show Jameson and son - 5 min. 1 hr gone like that. ok now you have a good bit of fight scenes with Harry and Sandman. Sandman fights - 15 min Harry fighs - 15 min. 1 hr 30 min. Show Peter sad for like 10 min and wandr what he is going to do. 1 hr 40 min. Have the final battle with Harry, Sandman, and Spiderman at the same time. Sandman is killing Peter and so is Harry. Peter calls out for Harry to help him and to remember how they were friends. Harry kills Sandman but at the cost of his own life. - 20 min show Harry funeral - 5-10 min and you are done.
If Topher is Electro change Brock time to Max, reduce Harry and Sandman fights by 5 min each. Have Electro fight 15 min. Then final battle stays same, except Harry and Spiderman team up at end and kill Electro and Sandman. same ending blah blah just about 10 -15 min longer.
I see it happening one of those 2 ways.
Durance, definitely, absolutely would be a great choice with of course the hair dyed red, I'd love that cause she looks so much like the "you've hit the jackpot" pic...Kreuk? No Asian MJ please lol, yes she's hot but c'mon. And don't say Halle could play her either lol

At the very least, hm, maybe make Dunst dye her hair...RED? That orange in SM2 was terrible. Only thing worse than the orange hair was the grandmother outfit in the coffee shop scene. Supermodel material Mary Jane Watson turns into someone I wouldn't give a second glance in real life...sad...
Dunst in Spider-Man 2 was disgusting looking. She was acceptible in the first film cause she looked cute and had red hair. The second film she had a weird ass wardrobe and orange hair, just didn't fit. The only picture we have of her so far was that one saying she's dyed her hair now, and its like an orange brown, and she looks horrible again.
I have since day one hated kirsten dunst. MJ IMO was always very model like. Very well shaped and very slim. Not to say Dunst is fat or something.
Im just saying that Dunst doesnt have that shape MJ had in the comics. I always hated her as MJ. I also think she looks like some kind of monster lol her teeth bug me when she talks and her eyes are so droopy. Atleast when I think of her thats what i see.
Im not a fan of Durance though. I mean shes hot, and Im a hard core smallville fan so im very familair with her. Still she would play MJ a lot better than Dunst did.
