I don't know if homosexuality is genetic or due to a chemical imbalance or what...but I sure as hell don't think it's a matter of choice. Like Tpt said, you don't just go "Well, I choose to be straight!" or "I think I'll be gay today..." It doesn't work that way. One of my good friends is gay, and several others are bi. And I KNOW that they just didn't decide out of the blue to be that way.

FINTI: the bible is judgemental if it is against homosexual and I am that way towards christians cause the follow it. But your book also says it aint up to you to deceide if that is right or wrong casue that would be to pass judgement, so if you quote the bible where the bible passes judgement well then you are judgemental too.
Your book also teaches you tho love your next one as you self. Your saviour jesus took the side of the weak and the outcasts of society. So why is it that the chrisitans often seems to ignore that thing.
Who is ignoring LOVE? quoting the bible, stating what it says, does NOT mean you don't love, just cuz you don't agree w/what the bible says. The bible is a guidline like i've said many times, YOU will know if someone is a true christain or not by knowing what the Word of God says. Being gay is NOT natural, if it was they wouldn't have to try to promote it so much and try to be excepted and they do. They want everyone to Say it's "OK", and that will never happen, there will always be someone against it and that will never change.
Star: about the natural thing, I don't think it's Natural that they are gay, the bible speaks against that, NOW I would NEVER treat someone diff cuz they were gay and unless they asked me my feelings or God lead me to speak to them, I would never say anything to them, that is there Life and I don't go to HEAVEN or HELL for them, the best thing I can do is live my life in front of them, pray for them and hope my life is a testimony for them.

'slightly' because I think you dont literally attain that preference through genetics... or choose what you prefer for that matter..
but it may have been brought on by a traumatic event, or perhaps lack of a father/mother figure, or had a hard time making a solid relationship with the opposite sex.. so I think its more of a 'has or hasnt your psyche been damaged' kind of a question.. because like someone before had said "You dont just say "Oh I think I'll be gay today" " etc..

And if people would stop believing that it is unnatural, then homosexuals wouldn't have to fight to fit in! I bring back up my argument from before that you ignored; people of other races have to fight to fit in, but going by your logic if it were natural they wouldn't have to.
There is nothing, I repeat NOTHING unnatural about loving someone, and it shouldn't matter what their gender is.

I didn't mean to dodge the question, sorry about that, posting in other threads to 🙂 That is a very good point that you brought up, especially when we've had so much rasism in America. But besides that fact that they try to fit in so much and be accepted, are bodies are different for a reason. Two males don't go together and neither do two females, it does't add up. Even in nuts and bolts and lawn hoses, ect. (maybe these are bad examples sorry but....)you have to have a male and female end to match them up, that is Natural. You can't put two of the same together it won't work and it doesn't work now, if they want kids, they have to adopt, they can't have one Natural, together. Why? it doesn't add up.

I didn't dodge the question. You asked why and I did answer: it's about love. People aren't gay just to spite those who've swallowed a bible or are so rigid in their mindset that they can't accept it. They do it because they truly have feelings for each other. And like was brought up many times, homosexuality occurs in nature. If it occurs in nature, how can it be unnatural?
