Captain America vs. Wolverine

hysterical

Now I remember that scene. I'm sorry but that is just about the most pathetic and illogical case of PIS that I have ever seen. Wolverine takes a nuke head first and is pants and boots survive? And Wolverine's skin and hair aren't even burned. 😆 It's just horrible. Who ever did that issue obviously didn't know what they were doing. If you want to take that as a serious feat then be my guest but its just a bad joke to me.

'Cept DP CAN'T DIE. And thus his Healing factor has, literally, as long as it needs.

realy now then whats this?

Felatting a canadian fan-favorite?

I'm giving this to Wolverine because the morning before the fight, Wolverine has a big breakfast consisting of Pancakes and Back-Bacon drizzled in Maple syrup. Cap just goes quick through a McDonald's drive through and has one to many hashbrowns. The resulting grease clogs Cap's arteries while the maple-sufar makes Wolverine go nuts.

The only reason this would ever go to Cap in the comics is because it would be American authors sticking it to Canada. It is so easy to picture one of the authors having cap punch wolvie and thing "Haha Take that Canada!" That's all. If Marvel knew Wolverine was gonna be one of their top 5 most popular, they'd of made him American in the beginning. You cannot deny this.

The same thing happened in WWF when they stuck it to Brett Hart.

The US creates Canadian characters, everyone loves them, and then they feel dumb inside.

The fast-healing factor is a political comment based on Canada's free health care. We heal faster than the US.

Wolverine is an unparalleled master of combat. Captain America didn't earn his place. If everyone got the Super-Soldier serum cap would be outta work.

As a side note:
Wolverine8888 absolutely ruins the fandom along with Thunderstrike. They just nancy about putting everyone down, no offense.

You can't expect people to ever respect comics or the comic book reader so long as everyone is just sitting there with their stack of comics waiting to make fun of somebody else's choices.

Right or wrong, quit being American and condem them. Instead, be Canadian and teach them understanding.

Now that I feel silly for writing so much, I'm gonna sit down read a Wolverine, Thor and possibly Conan comic book and when I'm done, I'm going to walk away with what's important. Not who is the best of them all but rather, the lessons, morals and spirit of the characters.

who have I made fun of again?

I've never seen Thunderstrike get too nasty with anyone. Wolverine 8888 has a new handle now and he's never been nasty about defending characters he feels should win. He actually knows a lot about the Wolverine character. Things that seem nasty to you are usually just ribbing. By the way, Vince and HBK screwed Bret, not the U.S.A.wink1

Yeah just ribbing I guess...

I won't claim to be a perfect speller but at least for the sake of people not thinking comics for the illiterate, please proof-read your post. :-)

Also, Wolverine8888 is good cause he sticks up for Wolverine.

Yes...and I realize there are some mistakes in my above post...

No problem. There was a thread earlier that got closed. It was a 15 year old girl vs Wolverine. Though you might want to look at it anyway.

I looked at it lol it was another lame atempt by grey foxs to wolverine bash

Did anyone see the fight in I think X-men 4 or 5 where Wolverine has just awaken from being druged and taken hostage by Omega Red and his ppl. Although he was drugged, they fought for like 18 hours or was it a day, before Omega Red impaled him with his tentacle through his stomach. Theres also a Wolverine comic where Sabretooth is staying at the mansion, so Wolverine starts to workout to take his mind off Creed, he says no matter how much he trains, he doesn't feel the results or the burn or getting tired. (2 cents)

Funny you should mention that. The guy who wrote that issue is Daniel Way and now he writes WOLVERINE: ORIGINS and was writing the solo book before that.

Funny thing is that he writes Wolverine in origins and endings as not being able to survive two gun shot wounds to the chest. His Healing Factor meter with this guy is all over the board.

I never thought Wolverine8888 was too bad at all in terms of fanboyism. At least he knows stuff about Wolvie, and can back up points.

* very tight match... the smarter one wins... and believe, it's Cap...

I dunno if we can really say that Wolverine has more experience. I know that Wolverine is approximately 120 years old, BUT he has NOT been fighting/training all of his life. I know that he hasn't, because I have read a lot about Wolverine's past before the adamantium claws were merged to his bones. So really, in essence, Captain America has been fighting basically his whole life, possibly even longer than Wolverine. Just a thought.

By the way, Cap has better reflexes, speed, better agility, and probably just as strong.

Advantage: Me.

damn, questioneer. what's with all the anti-american business?
