As far as comic book writers are concerned? Not so much.
Someone that can lift two tons over their head is only enahanced human by Marvel's standards. However, the average writer (and, hell, the average person) would be quick to label that as superhuman, no?
I VERY much doubt that ANY writer cares about the semantic difference between 'enhanced human' and 'superhuman' when they're writing out their story.
Nor do I think it should very much matter whether someone can lift four thousand pounds, or four thousand one pounds. Is the latter really superhuman while the former is not? 😬.
Writers in the comics themselves may use Superhuman because it comes more naturally, or they may use enhanced human because it sounds more...I dunno...'realistic' - if a government organization like SHIELD was talking about superhumans. I don't think we need worry about the difference - you guys are taking semantics to a new level here.

absolutely, I'm just beginning to relate the enhanced term to peak characters that are vaguely superhuman by comic standards.

Well id on't know what happened to S-rank. We were working on the scanning and hosting together and he had a good 1/4 of the thread contribution...
I haven't been getting PM's from him and now he's not even logging on... Not since the 13 or so...
So I'm practically done with most of it, there's one or two minimal sections I need to host for files yet, but S-ranks absense is really crippling the production rate of this thread here. 😬

You can clearly see if you take what im saying in CONTEXT is that Wolverine was not sacred as "Oh **** thers no hope im gonna die." It was a "fear" that he needed to prevent himself from further injury...this is way I said this.

And you're still at it... You don't acknowledge when you dictate facts you don't know. You're not acknowledging that it isn't so much my interpretation of what you're saying but strictly what you're saying that is causing my posts back to you.
Telling someone about events as if you know about them when you don't and implying that your outlook has more relivence than theirs is dictating... Again look at your first reaction to the HF pic. It's dictating.
