Nah, he's pretty cool and funny. I like how creative he is with his powers and his facial expressions.

He just needs to put up more of a fight against Luffy. But then, its looking like he isn't the real villain of the arc anyway. So its forgivable for him to get stomped by Luffy.

Hody was the real villain of his arc and got stomped.

Which is why he was a pathetic villain.

Caesar is clearly being played. I'm waiting to see how this pans out.

Who is the villain then? If Law, well then Oda is kinda trolling us with that whole Alliance thing(how can they be buds if the arc ends with Luffy kicking his ass lol?). Vergo is taking on Luffy's Cook so I hardly see him being the Big Bad. Monet doesn't strike me as a Big Bad(I'd love to see a female Big Bad) and DoFlamingo isn't present.
